Protection of Investor rights

The specialization of the Group of Companies “Sazonov and Partners” includes support of disputes on the securities market on the territory of the Russian Federation and abroad.
We use the most effective mechanisms for protecting the rights of investors.
We carry out:
- representation of interests in disputes between bond owners and the issuer and (or) a person who provided security for bonds,
- Representation and protection of interests of bond owners in bankruptcy procedures of the issuer,
- Mediation in negotiations between investors and the issuer,
- legal analysis and support of transactions with securities.
